We're delighted to tell you that we're opening both of our stores on June 15th, we can't tell you enough how happy that makes us, we've missed you!

Although we are opening, shopping with us will be a little different for the time being, the main differences will be:

-Our opening hours will be slightly different.
x
-We'll need to restrict the amount of people in store at any one time, you may need to queue a little.
x
-We'll have hand sanitiser at the door and at the till point, feel free to browse after that.
x
-We're respecting the social distancing measures where we are able to.
x
-There will be a one way system in place, please follow the arrows.
x
-Whilst we want you to try on items in store you may not feel comfortable with that so we'll offer a full refund, within 7 days, of any item purchased without trying on.
x
-No cash I'm afraid, contactless payment only.
x
-Any items tried on will be steam cleaned to ensure non contamination.
x
-Surfaces will be sanitised regularly.

Online orders.
We are following Public Health England guidelines and are maintaining their recommended working practices by implementing enhanced distancing and hygiene requirements. We have only one person and one person only picking and packing orders so, getting orders out may take a little longer that normal.
At present we are not taking in any deliveries from anywhere to limit our exposure for us and for you.

Our on line business is running as normal apart from a few exceptions.

We are not currently offering collect in store delivery options.
x
Next day delivery is just not possible in this current climate.

We are also extending our online returns period from 14 days to 30 due to the restrictions on movement.

We are offering a local drop and go service in the South East London area, where we drop on your doorstep, ring the bell and move back while you open the door. We feel this is safe as we are confident of our best working practices and the minimal contact this delivery option comes into contact with.

In accordance with the new delivery protocols delivery drivers and couriers will be ringing the doorbell, leaving on the doorstep, stepping back and waiting for you to collect.

Whilst we are open for business we take our responsiblity for your safety very seriously. We are being very diligent about our working practices and the protection protocols. We are reviewing the situation daily and are responding appropretly as the situation develops.
