The dress hangs long and loose with a gather at the empire line just below the bust. We love the whimsical feels of the frill details along the shoulders, waist and back. The V-neck with its overlapping fabric and the beautiful open back with fabric ties are a real standout feature.

The light fabric is finished with an all over all over floral print.
