This eye catching oversized shirt dress with ruffled peplums has an all over Picnic Plaid - a geometric print exclusive to Rachel Comey.

The slip on style dress cotton from a crisp cotton has an open placket at the front which sits slightly overlapped but looks great if pressed with a small collar to sit open. It comes with a self fabric belt so you can cinch it in at the waist which gives a completely different look and certainly adds a bit of drama with the pelum detail.
