We have no responsibility as to whether such linked sites contain objectionable content or otherwise cause the user damage, loss or distress.
Privacy policy
In accordance with Meet Bernard’s privacy policy we will not disclose to any third parties your name, address, email address or telephone number, unless we have informed you, you have authorised us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act (1998).
When an order is placed through this site, or account information is accessed, the customer is automatically sent to a secure server, provided the customer’s browser accepts Secure Sockets Layer encryption. As required by the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, Meet Bernard endeavours to prevent any unauthorised access to the information through strict security procedures regarding data storage and disclosure.

Security
Meet Bernard does not store credit/debit card numbers in its database. Payments are taken by transferring customers to a credit/debit card processing service provided by Sage Pay.
The information provided to the Sage Pay website is protected in transit through the use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) network protocol. Orders are processed only from secure Internet browsers. These browsers encrypt the information sent using SSL, which scrambles the data so as to make it extremely difficult for anyone intercepting the information to read it. While Meet Bernard has every confidence in the security systems employed by Sage Pay to protect your data, it cannot be held responsible for any security issues arising from your use of Sage Pay’s servers.
Our sites utilise industry standard security technology to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information transmitted. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breach of security, or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain personal information.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in all software made available to you and any content supplied remains the property of Meet Bernard, its licensors, content suppliers or advertisers. You must comply with the terms of any agreement required by the owner of intellectual property rights in all software and content which is supplied to you, as notified to you, and you hereby acknowledge that any software that is not made readily available to you is confidential, and that all other rights, including, but not limited, to database rights and copyright, are asserted and reserved by Meet Bernard, its licensors, content suppliers or advertisers. It is permitted to store, manipulate, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. In no event, however, are you allowed to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any form any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you, or which appears on the Meet Bernard site. The Meet Bernard trade mark is the property of Meet Bernard. No license or consent is granted to you to this trade mark in any way, and Meet Bernard reserves all rights in this and any related trade marks. You agree not to use these trade marks without the written permission of Meet Bernard.
Online retailing
By making an order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following terms and conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees, warranties or representations made regarding delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or other reasons beyond our control. Meet Bernard are entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or alternatively by calling you. We will also provide the identity of the party you have contracted with, which may be Meet Bernard or, in certain cases, a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, Meet Bernard is not acting as either agent or principal, and the contract is made between yourself and that third party. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in these details as soon as possible.

Governing law and jurisdiction
